Our Vision We hold the following beliefs:   On Respect Williams fosters a safe environment which promotes and develops self, mutual, and community respect.   On Equity Williams recognizes the value of the gender, cultural, racial, physical, and social diversity of our community and treats every individual in a fair and unbiased manner.   On Excellence Williams promotes and celebrates its personal, professional, academic, and co-curricular contributions and success with the community.   On Lifelong Learning Williams strives to produce lifelong learners who are resourceful and equipped with the desire and ability to learn independently.   On Co-Curricular Activities The school supports the needs and desires of staff and students in a variety of co-curricular ways.   On Technology Technology is seamlessly integrated throughout the school’s daily life consistent and constant access by the individual learner strengthens critical thinking, and prepares students for their future.   On Environment The "greening" of Williams ensures an understanding of our role in creating, maintaining, and preserving a sustainable environment.   On Tradition The school encourages the awareness of Williams’ historical place in the community.   Periodically, the Williams community will reassess, reevaluate, and redirect our strategies in order to ensure the successful implementation of this Vision.
